I was so happy with the work done on my car years ago that when I had an insurance claim recently, my first thought was to see if I could use VCC. I was thrilled to find out I could. I am very pleased again with the work done and constant communication with updates on progress during the work. If ever I need work done again I know EXACTLY who I will use!!!

This is my second time handling an insurance claim with valley collision center. Both times have been more than perfect. Having an assigned representative that handles everything from start to finish makes everything so much easier! My car is my baby and I love that valley collision thinks so too! Having the text updates are great.

I was afraid the paint would not match the car and I also thought the paint was going to be dull. To my surprise I could not tell the difference and it looked like the bumper of my car came out from the dealer. I am very pleased on a job very well done. I have surface scratches on my car and thinking about going back to get a quote to polish the entire car. I would recommend anyone and everyone to Valley Collision center anytime. Thanks for everything you guys did. You made me feel like I was part of your family the way you took care of me and my car. Thank you.

The transmission and rear end have been switched out for junk or damaged by your shop. (My mechanic will know) It drives like a ****. Has not the power that it had when I brought it in. The rear wheels are locked and it pulls to the right. Which it never did before. What did you do to my truck???
