When I first dropped off my car, I had been receiving the run around from the situation and I was frustrated. Jason was very understanding and did all he could to help me. I felt calm by the time I left. He also made everything go as quickly as possible. Throughout the duration of my car repairs, a different Jason kept me updated, reassured me, and answered any questions I had. He was awesome! I highly recommend Service King in Kent. If you’re unlucky to have the need for a collision repair, you’ll be LUCKY to have either Jason helping you.
