On the way to drop off my truck the driver’s window came off the track. I told the employees just to secure the window up and I would fix it myself after the body work was completed. The service crew put the window back it it’s track which I did not authorize them to do and I was charged $63 because of it. The body repair is amazing but I did not appreciate being charged for something that I did not authorize.

I’ve only had the car back for half a day but I can’t think of anything that’s going to take away from a great experience. Not fun to have an accident but very satisfying to have recovery go so well.
