During the first inspection on Dec 15, I shared my holiday travel plans for Dec 22 and the urgency of a quick turnaround. I was told that it could be completed before my trip by Dec 20, without any caution that it could be later. Was informed on Dec 18 through automated text that it would be Dec 27 before completion. It would have been nice to understand the risks of delivery time upfront during the first inspection. Something like a best/worst case or date range. It came out of the blue and I had to quickly change my travel plans.
