Great service from Jason and the team at service king
The work that was performed on my truck was excellent. Also, I really appreciate how well my truck was cleaned up inside and out. The problem I encountered was it took 2 ****/2 weeks to merely replace a bumper and the trim beneath the bumper, which is merely (2) pieces to take off and put new on. Seems excessive on the time it took. Next, the communication was absolutely the worst. Left messages, never got call backs and would have to stop by shop for accurate update.
Overall I'm satisfied with the job done but there's one issue with the driver side door when closed it's not snuggly fitted. I can still hear the outside air gaping in through the top of the door frame.
Service King is the picture of professionalism coupled with outstanding customer service.
Brian Caston is the Service Advisor who waited on me. He is excellent, very thorough and detailed. The body work performed by Service King is outstanding.

Michael was extremely courteous and ket me informed about the status of my car’s repairs and completion dates. The young lady st the front desk gave me a warm welcome, as well. The repairs look great! Can’t even tell there was any damage, as it should be.

Brought my car in for repair to be made to front bumper. I also had a crack on my back bumper that I inquired about a price to repair it. When I got my car back there was a large deep scratch on my back bumper as well as the crack that was already there. I questioned manager Carl Knight and he stated it was there and that they had a picture of it. The picture he showed me was so blurry you could not make it out. This mark was not on my car when I brought it in. He talks to my father and he told Mr Knight he was the one who brought the car in and inquired about the back bumper with Mr Michael Vernon who also looked at the back bumper. My father told Carl Knight let’s look at the video of the day we brought it in and then Carl Knight abruptly hangs up in my father. While I am waiting on my parents to come to Service King, Carl Knight insinuates that all I wanted was a free bumper and stated that “you”people always want something for free. If I had wanted something for free why would I ask about a price for a new back bumper. The manager is rude and disrespectful.
