My car was not ready for pickup on the day agreed upon on which was Saturday morning even though I even receive email about updates telling me my car was on track and even ready one day before. My windshield was not replace so I had to go off my own to find someone else to do it. The estimator that help was not working that day when I pick up my car other two employees try to find the paperwork but it was not there, they told us we receive a call earliest Monday morning of this week once everyone was working no one called.
