Every one I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful. They explained the full process in detail. I received text and calls with updates.
The only concern was receiving a text earlier saying it wouldn't be ready until 9/6 and received a call a few hrs later saying it was finished. I was able to pick up before they closed but living an hour without traffic - if I would have got caught in traffic I would have been responsible for paying additional costs for rental car.
I was extremely satisfied that I made it before 5 and all the work was done and car looked great.

The job was handled professionally. I was updated at every stage of the repair works. My vehicle feels great though after driving it for some minutes I smell rubber-like smell from under the car. I hope its the newness of the materials used. I'll keep monitoring and keep you posted if I need to bring the car back for further evaluation.
