Initially, AMM was friendly and informative. I received almost daily updates by text and phone on my vehicle's progress. My car was originally scheduled to be complete on August 31. A few days before my car was due to be complete, an AMM representative informed me that an employee backed my car into a pole and they needed to order a new part. I did not receive any updates after that. As a result, I did not have my car for Labor Day. I did not have a rental, and this directly led to an increase in my out of pocket expenses. I finally received an update a week late, on Wednesday, September 6 that my car was nearly done, and the goal was to have it ready for pick-up Thursday evening. I did not receive another update from AMM. Friday, September 8 I called AMM requesting an update. I left a message. I got a text 15 minutes later saying my car was ready and I should have or would soon be getting a call to set up a pick up time. I immediately called AMM, but had to leave a message. I did not receive a call from AMM or any other contact for the remainder of the weekend. It was not until Monday morning, September 11 that I got a call and my car delivered. When I received my car, white paint from the AMM representative's paints had rubbed off and stained the leather seat. Overall, my car was at AMM for two days shy of 4 weeks, for a job that was estimated to last 10 business days.

The adjuster, Joseph Medrano, was great! He kept in touch with me and let me know exactly what's going on with the car. When I got my car back, on my way home a whole bunch of malfunction warnings came up on my car and these lights have never been on nor have they ever came on before. Frustrating that the job wasn't done right the first time.

Car was suppose to be ready on Monday 8-14 and car was not ready till 8-16. Never received a call for the updated status Monday-Wednesday. Was only aware of updates each day when I would call. Had to extend rental for additional days. Finally picked up 8-16 and door has a rattle noise coming from replaced door. Joe said they would fix and it would be under warranty now. By this time the repair employee was gone at 5:35 on 8-16. Joe stated that they would pick up from my work on 8-17 to have rattle noise fixed and I would have car returned to my work. I hope to relieve a call on 8-17 for car pick-up appointment.

I was so glad to have my SUV repair there. They kept me posted when my SUV would be ready. I really need my SUV back sooner and they stayed late for in order for me to pick my SUV up. And they did a wonderful job I on SUV I will highly recommend them. Thank you so much
