My vehicle was not ready when promised. Then there were some scratches in frint bumper that were not there when the car was turned-in for repairs.
The fabric of front seats look dirty and yelowish as if exposed to sub and/or other elements. The inside has an odor as if somebody spent time sweating inside for a prolonged time. Finally, the attitude of the front desk while somewhat polite, did not seem to comprehend the seriousness of the situation.

Overall amazing work and couldnt appreciate the staff anymore especially Claudia and Erica and as I did also appreciate the wash and buff, I would just suggest (I didnt mind cleanin it) that with other customers you may want to take caution with car owners interior. I spent a good 45 min cleaning all the boot scuff; and car repair prints off of my door handle; arm rests and running boards. Other then that you guys did a helluva job!

I was thoroughly impressed with the process from start to finish. From the lovely young lady at the reception desk to, the energetic young woman that initially wrote up my vehicle and turned it over to my today. The GEICO rep on site and my service writer were very informative and honest. It was super convenient having an Enterprise rep on site, as well. I appreciated the text message updates throughout the process and my vehicle was done ahead of schedule.
