I was totally pleased with ALL the work done to my Lexus at ABRA !! Each day I had an update by Chelsea or Kaila. They were so helpful to me so I could better understand what was going on. Everyone was responsible and very efficient to do the job in the best way. Joe was very kind to me explaining why the final part would be tended to next week. The Newtown Square team customer service is outstanding. Starting with the welcome to the vehicle pick-up, I always knew how the repair process was going, thanks to the daily email. Estimate was 3 days. Didn’t get car back for close to 2 weeks after dropping it off. Called after about 5 days only for them to tell me they ordered the wrong door. Said it would be 3 days to get the new door. I called a week later they said it would be done the next day. Never got a call the next day had to call only to be told they would call back in 15 mins. Didn’t ever call back after 2 hours I had to call. They said I could come pick it up. Very satisfied with the repair and finish. But VERY dissatisfied with customer service
