Okay so first off I am very great full for all the work you guys did to my truck. But there are things that just are not right when I got it back. You are asking for my opinion and this is it so strap in. ****) whoever taped off my truck to paint it, when they took the tape off there was tape residue on my roof. 2) my truck came back with more scratches than it had going in (I detail my truck once a week) you’re very lucky this is my work truck and not my daily or my wife’s Jeep because this would be a huge problem. I know it’s a work truck and it has dents and scratches but that’s no reason to treat it that way, it’s still my property and should be treated with the utmost respect. 3) I’m not sure how my truck got to the mechanics shop in Broomall, but, when I got my truck back, the fuel economy was 10mpg. When I left it it was around 14-15 which is normal. So in my eyes someone was joyriding my truck or something is wrong here. 4) the woman Brittany who contacted me often, no complaints, she does a wonderful job and is very professional. 5) the paint job isn’t the best. There’s drips in the wheel well and on the cab corner. If whoever painted my mustang last year painted this time, it would be perfect like last time. 6) The mechanics who fixed my axle in the back, got grease on my driver seat. I understand what they do it dirty work (I do all my own work on my vehicles, specifically for this reason) but honestly. Grease. On the seat. Thank the lord I have seat covers or again, this would be a huge problem. Again this is my experience. My past experience was perfect, but this time not so much. I had a very please take experience with Abra. I was already in bad mood about my car being hit but everything went to smooth and the woman at the front desk was so sweet. I loved the text updates it was very helpful. I would definitely be back for any auto needs. Very thankful. Oh ! And my car looks brand new !
