Fortunate or unfortunate, this is the third time we had to avail of your service for this vehicle in the last eleven years. I say unfortunate because all were accidents and fortunate because of your staff. Carol and Bryan are the best and your technicians all seem to be the best. Had the one side of my vehicle completely repainted after the repair I was looking at the new paint and noticed there was a little rust on the inside of one door. I knw it's not part of the repair and wasn't covered under the Insurance but it needed repaired. Now why repaint one side just to leave a little rust under the door. All they need to do was call and ask a question. As much as it cost I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have lost any money doing it for a good price. Not looking for a free hand out I would have paid for it if I knew it was there. Just does not make a much sense to me that's all.

I appreciate that there was a realistic time frame given at the time of the estimate. It helped me with the other plans I needed to make around the repairs, since I was 200 away from home. It was good that it was done early, but got a little tricky because retrieving it involved travel and a rental car, but it all worked out. Thank you!
