I was disappointed because I called on Friday the 16th and was told the car would be finished that day and I would get a call. I didn’t get a call all weekend. I called Tuesday and Wednesday and was told it was almost finished and they would call me. I got a text on Tuesday or Wednesday that said it was finished and they would call me. No call. I called on Thursday around 3 PM and was told it was finished. I rushed up there to get the car. Because of the lack of communication my rental care cost 148.00 more than it would have if they had finished when they told me they would. The car runs great though.

My car was there over 4 weeks. My original estimate was about 2 weeks. The only communication I received in the first 3 weeks was when I called Service King. I was not informed that my car had been submitted to insurance for total loss analysis rather than being fixed as I was previously informed. Once work started, it progressed quickly. But it took too long with no communication to get the work started. Also the text updates did not reflect what was going on, thus making the text updates useless.
