Missed areas to paint. Left glue or adhesive on window and door. Vechile is louder than normal when running. Brakes do not feel normal. I work Monday but I will be coming in Tuesday to discuss the issues listed above.

The process took longer than I was led to expect. Updates were few and it seemed that there could have been a better process to manage and trouble shoot potential delays for things like the chipped tail light being discovered at the end of the project. Why not look things over as they are received? Or you could explain to the customer that parts won't be in and wait to schedule the job until all the parts will be available. The paint re-do problem was understandable (i guess), but it seems the scheduling of the whole job could have been tighter. If not, maybe your efforts to maximize efficiency through volume work set ups for the paint dept (or something like that) are making the cars out of service time quite long for fender bender jobs. Luckily, I'm retired and should have had only one day when car sharing within my family didn't work. I ended up paying for 2 days of self-pay car rental instead of one. If attentive communication and extra effort to use my old tail light on a temp basis was considered, I could have used my car. I realize that would have taken more labor hours, and would not have been efficient. I didn't feel like being a **** to push for that kind of solution. The vague communication put me in a position to have to rent at the last minute. I thought I could just duplicate rental arrangements of the previous week if I initiated it. That didn't go smoothly at pick up time on the 2nd Tuesday at the rental office and I was late for my appointment due to the chaos. I also had to listen to my husband get vocal about his frustration with Moodys as the week progressed. The job looked good at the end. Thank you for wanting to get the quality of the appearance right. I noticed a vibration or rub noise when I used the car Wednesday night. If it continues I'll get it checked out and rule out a bent frame or a vibrating body panel. Sometimes when the car sits for a while the wheel hubs and calipers get rusty and it feels rough for a while. Not sure what's going on yet.
