I really liked getting the updates via text. The fact that Tricounty has rental cars on site was extremely helpful and it was a very clean car. My car took a couple more days than expected so they did not rush to complete it and they advised me with sufficient time, so I was able to adust my schedule without a problem. All the people I deat with were very nice and accomodating. My car turned out awesome!! Thank you.

Awesome experience. This was an insurance claim and Tri County handled everything for me. They had a very nice rental car at my disposal but best of all they dealt with the insurance company freeing me to do what I has to do. I highly recommend this business...oh, and my car looks great.
