Everyone could not be any nicer to me, but the rattles in my car are still there, I feel CV like my car has aged 10 years!
I am presently in Michigan for a few months, my car stays in the garage in Sarasota, but when I get back, if it is agreeable with your service department, I would love for them to try and find “ whatever is making those noises”, which I did not have before the accident April if 2021.

The job took 3 weeks to complete & my car was not cleaned as promised. There is still tape marks on my car that were not removed. Also, extra bolts & a round rubber piece were left in my car. Hopefully these items were not to something important.

I prefer that I not be contacted by a representative. The repairs were fine, which is the main thing. The concern is lack of communication (nearly all communication was initiated by me) and slow response time. Otherwise, all was well.
