The negative battery cable was not connected to my battery, the AAA mechanic open the hood an we could see it was not attached. It was a miracle I got home safe. He said the he jumped the battery hoping it would take the charge. But the next day it was dead again. We had to buy a new battery $269.09 which was not in our budget. I called told Theresa she said she would let Jason know we did not get a follow up call. The car door looks good but without a battery we can’t drive the car. I called AAA adjuster to let them know what happen. Judy Weber
