I appreciated that Mayfield Collision found additional damage after repair work began, and you got approval from the insurance company to perform the additional work. My reason for not being fully satisfied is that I wasn't notified far enough in advance that the car wouldn't be ready on the estimated date. Since you had my car, I was juggling rides and on two different occasions was expecting the car to be ready only to find out at the last minute that work was not completed. One of those times I had actually left work early and was going to have my wife drive me over to get the car, and just to be site I called Mayfield Collision and found out then that the car wasn't ready. I did get an email shortly after that telling me that the car wasn't ready, but it sure would have been nice to have more notice than that. Earlier notice of the delay would have been much better.

Jenna Alfieri was at all times, professional, courteous, and prompt in her communication. I was continuously updated on my vehicle’s status and of any possible delays. I could not ask for a better point of contact or level of service and I would recommend Mayfield Collision Centers to anyone needing professional-grade repair or service to their vehicle. I am thoroughly pleased with the process and the end result was nothing short of exemplary!

When I got home and walked around my vehicle I saw a bump/ scratch that was not there when I turned my suv over. I will contact my rep ASAP. When I got home the office was closed.

They were great. Step by step let me know what was going on with my car. Then got text messages from Jenna very pleasant lady. Love your system cause they can devote more of there time with our cars instead of answering phone calls all day. Experience overall GREAT. Would recommend to others. I just want to thank the team that took care of my 2015 Ford Fusion. I would not change nothing all and all GREAT SERVICE ????. Keep up the good work.
