The representative that worked on the truck (Vanilla Dodge RAM) was very friendly, kept me aware of each step in the repair process, and was very accommodating. It seemed like he was even smiling on the phone when speaking with me, which made me smile. The individuals I encountered at the door of the facility at both desks were also personable and welcoming.
