No. **** handled the repair seamlessly among three parties and Scott kept me informed the whole way. The quality of the repair is excellent. Scott even performed a paint correction to ensure a beautiful outcome. Although I hope to never need their services again, in the event that I do, No. **** is my first choice.

Thank you for saving me some money! Some honest feedback: Not a lot of communication in regards to updates until it was almost complete. Car was somewhat clean, but my driver side floor mat was filthy and a dirty cup was left in my car. Also, battery was dead when trying to leave and radio not working. I would have been stranded if I hadn't went around back to find an employee in the shop, as everyone had left for the day!

My car looks brand new again, and they did a wonderful job. The staff was also incredibly nice and helpful. When I would call to ask about the status of my car, Scott would always get back to me within the hour, and was happy to answer my questions. Hopefully my car never gets vandalized again, but if it does I will certainly bring it back to No. **** Automotive. :-)

I was originally told it would take 3-4 days to fix my car and it was there for 11 days. When it was finally done I received a call at 4:10 to say I could pick my car up. I asked if someone could stay 5 min late so I could pick my car up that night and was told no. 5 minutes would have been excellent customer service.
