The fuel door on my truck was missing a required part to hold it closed. This was not detected during the inspection and requires me to return the truck for installation of the part. The fuel door flies open while driving.

I was not contacted about when I should bring the car in. I had to call and find out what was going on. At the time I had the estimate, I was told I would be notified weekly with updates on the progress of my repair. However, the car looks wonderful and it looks like everything was repaired back to brand new. I was very impressed that the car was cleaned and detailed.
