Received a call from Jennifer in the office she was very unprofessional and condescending telling me that I personally owed money to finish fixing the vehicle because the insurance company said ithe sensors going off was not related to the claim which the insurance company is correct. You as the auto body shop should have taken care of that. Than my insurance agent called me and said that you filed a supplemental repair bill so they sent you an additional check which was wrong it clearly paid for the dealership bill to get my sensors reset. Very unhappy and dissatisfied customer. I asked for a copy of the bill for the supplement and was told I did not need to sign it was all good.
