The people that work at evil! They don’t explain nothing they get angry fast & say “no” they didn’t take the time to explain to me as to why they kept saying no. My car was repaired successfully but dealing with Lori and the manager Jimmy they need to get fired! No one should be treated in that manner because they’re not understanding what I’m asking.

You all do great body work. Your waiting area is less to be desired with ripped and torn furniture. It sets the tone of your experience when you are asked to wait and you cannot find a decent place to sit.

I was sceptical about bringing my car to a shop that I knew nothing about however I’m so glad I did! The front desk staff was warm and welcoming and put that put me at ease. I hope not to need them again but, if I do, I’ll be back! Thanks Marlow Auto Body. ????
