Initially, I was a little bit disappointed that it will almost three weeks for my car to get fixed. I was under the impression that it won't take that long as I have no knowledge of the process of fixing a car and I also thought that there was not much damage to it. it was not explained to me fully and I also did not want to use a rental car for that long. However, Jason Woodcock ensure that I get my car back sooner than expected time of completion in which I did. He kept me up to date during the process. I was very pleased about that and completely satisfied. Overall, they provided and delivered great customer service!

Service sat on our car for a week before getting it to the body shop. The body shop took longer than estimated. Communication broke down when it came to it taking longer than expected. Due to the delay between the service repair and body shop, our rental time ran out. And they made no effort for a loaner or to extend the rental.
