When I picked up my car and started it I heard a squealing noise- it sounds like a belt is loose. My car also took 5 weeks to fix, for reasons such as my mechanic was on PTO and got pulled into working on other cars.

“Completely “ is a definite parameter. My “yes” response should not be categorized as a 100% agreement.
The instant messaging dialog failed to respond to my concerns. The message system favored a machine like dialogue. Personable interaction was mostly absent. Phone conversation was interruptions during my statements of concerns. I personally don’t like being talked over while making a point.
With that said, I hope I wasn’t disparaging because my overall experience was very positive.
