I found two impact separations in my tires after taking them to Discount Tires for inspection - I was told by both Schomp and Service King that the tires did not show any sign of impact. I have taken pictures of the impact zones of the tires and sent them to farmers for authorization for replacement - Discount stated that they would not have let me take the car in the condition it was in when I picked it up from Service King.

Am I satisfied, and am I completely satisfied are two different questions. Yes, I am happy that my truck is fixed. No, I was not happy with several things that happened along the way.
First, the estimate I was given, was to have my back gate replaced with a new gate. When I picked up my vehicle, I was told that the insurance paying for the repair did not cover it, and so it was replaced. It looks fine, but that is a bait and switch tactic. I signed off for a replacement, and not a repair. So NO, I did not get what I thought I had agreed to. In order to make this right, I should have been contacted and told that the replacement was not approved (prior to the repair being done), and given the option to move forward OR NOT.
Am I happy with the way the truck looks? Yes, but I am not completely confident that I will have a long term great result, like I would have with a new gate.
Next, the process was bad. I got an estimate, I called to schedule, I was told the parts were being ordered, and that I would be called when I should bring in the truck. No call. After two weeks, I called, and they set a date for me to bring in the truck. This would have been a great time for someone to tell me that the gate was NOT being replaced.
Third, I kept receiving one email from your corporate saying one finish date, and then would receive conflicting information from my account rep. Just made no sense.
All in all, I feel lied to. I did not feel like the shop had a handle on processes and schedule. And was frustrated with the conflicting communication.
I was a previous customer (a few times) with the old owners of the shop. This has not been the same experience at all.
Jerry is customer service at its best. He kept me informed and current regarding my car and the repair updates. I will convey my complete satisfaction to my insurance company, State Farm, to let them know Service King was a great referral.
