Communication was extremely poor. We had an appointment with Johnny for 3pm as set by he. He was not in the office, we were first told at late lunch, Dr appt, signing papers… when the front desk finally reached out to him 40 minutes later he was not returning to office. We were then set up with Scott. He provided estimate for insurance along with a front bumper repair separate from insurance to be completed at same time. Upon dropping off vehicle I was told I would receive call with estimated time of repair once vehicle was torn down and service insured no additional parts were necessary. When no contact was received I contacted front desk - was referred to VM. No one told me Scott was not even in the office. No response I recontacted 2 days later. No response. Frustrated I contacted again on Tuesday. Left message again via VM & front desk. At this point I called every hour. Finally talking to Scott, car was finished with paint and would be washed should be ready for pick up next day (no mention back window also needed to be installed) No such luck when replacing rear window it was broken. Supplier would install in the morning 3pm called about pick up. Supplier just arrived at 3 pm. Would be next day. Again hearing nothing I called and was told the 2nd glass had also been broken (Scott claims he left a message. I have one call from Scott about late arrival of supplier - this is the only phone call ever received from Scott through full repair) Friday car would be ready, but could not give time there were 3 cars in front for wash. Explained I would need to pick up at 4. After all it was 10 am. Scott could not guarantee and would contact me when ready - again I heard NOTHING. Monday called again, car was ready and Scott could not understand why I did not arrive Friday. The communication was poor, front desk non inviting, conversational or knowledge of staff whereabouts. Lastly much to my dismay the front bumper WAS NOT REPAIRED! I have owned Toyotas for years, used other Toyota collision services and this is the worst experience we have ever had. I would not return.

As mentioned before in my survey, my seatbelt was broken and no one would ever call me back to repair it. Also I dropped off my car in perfect clean condition but when it was returned the car was full of dirt and dust, it was disgusting. Cerybiffitating because you changed my pick up time on the day of completion from 12:00 to 4:00 since you were cleaning the vehicle first. Poor communications and no respect for my vehicles cleanliness.

Louie was great. Truly felt cared about and he made sure our vehicle was restored to prior condition. Incredibly responsive always answered our calls and returned emails quickly. He kept us updated throughout the process so we were never wondering what was going on. Beyond amazing service!

The damage to my car was completed and it looks like new. I’m very happy with the results. I have been out of town so need to make an appointment to apply the rest of the covers for the emblems on the rear hatch back.
