Everything was great except there is a very strong chemical smell inside my car that is not going away after three days. I was told they used tooo much cleaning fluid but it seems more like some was spilled or else the products used are too strong I have to drive with my windows down. Would like to know what caused this. Thanks.

communication poor throughout the service, time it took was far over the estimate, it would appear that the service was beyond their capabilities and our BMW turned into a guinea pig

All good except never HOF a call when it was actually ready, just a text. I think I coulda maybe picked it up the night before if i had gotten a call and saved a day on car rental.
