I received a text today saying I had already picked up my car. This was sent about the same time someone called my husband from your company. I was very specific that my number was the only one to call. If I hadn’t noticed the number on his phone( no voicemail was left) and called I wouldn’t have known the repair was completed. Because of the conflicting info, I called Progressive. They said the car wasn’t going to be ready until feb 21. This was very frustrating. At my request progressive called your company to find out true status of the repair. I plan to pick up my car tomorrow afternoon . I hope I am happy with repairs. This is first time I’ve had repairs for collision and not been told in advance what works was being done to my car. Can you confirm it’s been checked fir alignment? Car was pulling to the right following accident.
When I picked my car up my check engine light was on and my right blinker for my turn signal is indicating that something is wrong. None of this was happening when I dropped it off

This was a great experience from start to finish. It's obvious this team is well-organized and has a defined process. Chad (Geico) and Mel (Sport Durst) work well together. They explained every step of the process, gave me options during the assessment, kept me informed throughout, and were easy to work with. These fellows know their stuff. Britt (Enterprise) set me up in a great rental and got me on the way in no time. This makes me want to switch to Geico and buy my next vehicle from Sport Durst. Great job to everyone!
