My husband and I couldn't be happier with the service and staff of Otis Ford. Chris in the service department was able to clearly explain the job that needed to be executed. Our car was transferred to the body shop where Brian took over the job. He moved mountains to have our car ready as soon as he could. We truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism we received at Otis Ford.

Please advise all who were involved with the repair on my 2015 Subaru Forester that it turned out better than I expected, even down to a clean interior. A special thanks to Brian for pointing out the fact that my radio antenna was missing. I never noticed that before but I sure was dissatisfied with the performance of the radio. Now I know why. You can bet I will keep an eye on that antenna now! What a good experience from an auto body shop. Hard to find good service these days. Thanks again. Sylvia

The cruise control for my 2015 Hyundai Genesis was working when I brought the car in to repair the bumper. When I picked up the car, a light on the dash told me it was not working. I have to bring the car to the Hyundai Dealer in Riverhead, LI, to get it fixed. The bumper looks fine, but it is inconvenient to bring the car in for another repair.
