There is a reason why we are repeat customers at National Auto Body. The staff is excellent and keep you informed all along the way. The estimate process is simple and the staff makes sure to explain what needs to be done, the cost, and the timeframe for the repairs. The email notifications of the progress of the repair are great and help to plan and keep the customer notified of progress or any delays. National Auto Body is great!!

When I came in to retrieve my truck. Not one person from the company explained to me what exactly they did to prepare/fix my truck, they did not walk me through and talk with me about the repairs. The warranty was not fully explained to me and still don't know what is covered nor how long. No I was not happy with my experience and will let USAA know of my experience.

I am always pleased to use national auto body for repairs On my car I wouldn't do anywhere else. The only suggestion I have is that when enterprise rental car is used they should be notified the day or the day after the car is brought in. When I called enterprise to confirm on that Thursday before Monday person didn't know what I was talking about. When. I called to confirm they then told me the car was arranged Mimi Meltzer
