There were two hail dents that were not repaired on the hood and there was also a scuff mark on the rear lift gate that wasn’t present during drop off. I have contacted the body shop and I am dropping off Monday for re-inspection and hopefully repairs. Although I was not completely satisfied, the repairs that were accomplished were to my satisfaction. Other than that I was happy with how it turned out.

Don't send me a text telling me the car will be ready Thursday if it won't be. We were told all along Thursday. It's inconsiderate and inconvenient. Also, the female who answered the phone (can't remember her name) acted like it was a chore to answer one question. She seemed irritated when asked to check on the status of our car

This text for this survey came at 7am on a Saturday morning. Not happy about that. That aside, repair and service was excellent! The car accident that necessitated the repair was stressful, but the frequent updates and kind people there made it better.
