Considering the car was in for a week, the body paint work was completely unacceptable. The wheel rim work was very well done but the hub was forgotten. Detailing was an appreciated plus.

My SUV looks great. I just wish it took hadn't taken so long I had to use a rental for 24 days while it was being repaired. That uses most of my available 30 days maximum for my insurance alotment so if I need another repair before my policy renewal I won't have many days to have a rental.

I really appreciated how the team kept me up to date on my car via text message & phone. Also when there was an issue with the paint Mark took care of it right away & my car was finished the same day. I couldn't pick it up on that day but he gave me key to the showroom cashier so I could pick it up Saturday! It was a great experience despite the fact I almost hit a deer & went off the road. It was very scary! Thanks to the Patrick team for a job so well done!
