The overall finished product exceeded my expectations however the delay In communication regarding where they were in the process was a bit lengthy and confusing. I would get an automated call with an update that they stated would happen daily and then nothing for the next 4 days. Also never received info of expected completion date.

When I pick up my vehicle it still had a denut from the accident on the bumper. I was guarantee the problem will be fix soon as possible. I prefer to give a answer once everything is complete but so far it has been a pleasant experience.

I was very satisfied with the recent repair of my vehicle and the clean-up afterwards. What I can't say I was completely satisfied about is the fact a ****" wide x 12" long area of glue or putty was found on the front edge of the driver's side seat cushion right below the steering wheel. I'm trying to use a brush and carpet cleaner to remove the glue. It will probably require a couple more applications and brushings to remove all of the glue.

My car was not repaired as said and my bill had been changed from what I was told to a different amount without informing me until I came to get it. Very dissatisfied and will tell my neighbors who have used Tom's before. Not pleased at all.
