Yes...so much so that I will be calling USAA to discuss with them our experience with your company! Tory was great, forget that he has the voice of a particular actor. Forget that our car was so beautiful and shiny, we did not recognize it. Forget that you unearthed a long forgotten flashlight, and the detailing completed was more detailed than the detailing that we paid money to have detailed...months ago. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first visit- but that being said, he service and workmanship has been top notch every time. The emails have been going to my dad for some reason and he agrees that the communication is excellent. To top it off, my car ended up being ready ten days ahead of the promised date. Thank you for making a stressful event much easier to deal with. I hope not to be back, but I know where to go if the need arises!
