Getting the text updates with the URL to the shop's website was a very nice surprise. It showed the current progress, amount due (if any), and the estimated pickup date. Furthermore, the phone call from the receptionist(s) was also a nice addition. If I ever need body work again, I'd definitely choose to have my car worked on here.
