I would highly recommend Lenny's. Everyone is professional, friendly, honest, and fair. Gary did an excellent repair job on my Focus. He was able to salvage a part and minimized my out of pocket expenses without sacrificing quality. I would definitely make the drive out from Cleveland for future repairs because of the outstanding service.

The trunk has a button on it that doesn't work to open the trunk. The trunk is also not aligned with the driver side rear fender height. I realize my wife said she didn't care if you used the trunk with the button on it but you could easily have taken it off fixed the hole and made everything look clean.
