I felt the length of time it took to repair a back Glass windows was excessive. 7 days the car was in the shop. While the gentleman handling my case was kind enough to call through the week with updates, and the car was serviced well and washed, it was a great inconvenience to be without it for so much longer than anticipated. Other shops , and the dealer in the nearby town, could have the job done within a day or two.
That was our expectation.
