I had a car rental for the duration of the time my vehicle was at your shop. I was called close to your closing time on a Friday that the car was ready. My husband was at work and unable to pick the car up and return the rental car there at that time we had to wait till Monday For pick up because we were called so late in the evening that it was ready. Now enterprise is charging me $85 for a car rental that should be covered from my insurance. I would suggest not advising folks close to your closing time that the car is ready on a Friday. My husband was promised that it would be ready on Friday. It’s just unfortunate that it was close to your closing time.

Work was flawless. You detailed the entire car. That was not expected at all. You guys did extra things, removed old paint from rocker panels, and polished out smudges not included in the estimate. Way beyond our expectations. Thank you.
