My experience with Countach Body was amazing! After getting my car stolen on South Beach it was recovered with a few bumps and bruises unfortunately. Julian Herrera from the beginning was a complete professional. He assured me that I would be getting email and text message updates about the progress of my car if I wanted! This was awesome! After going through such an annoying and stressful situation, Countach and Julian were 5 stars! Thank you so much!

USAA sent my car to your shop... I greatly appreciate the constant text messages indicating the work being done to my honda. I also was impressed how the car write up was sent immediately via email to see the estimate... I am very happy with the service Julien provided along with his friendly and helpful tone over the phone and in person... I would highly recommend this shop. My repair manager at Countach, Julian, treated me with courtesy an respect. He kept me informed about the repairs. He was flexible and accommodating with helping me pick up my rental vehicle and finally in delivering my vehicle once it was repaired. The body work performed on my car looks great, I have no complaints on the outcome of the work itself. I was very pleased to see my car had been washed and cleaned when it was returned to me. I was also pleased to work with a body shop that is punctual in returning the vehicle. These are all details that contributed to a refreshing and satisfying customer experience at Countach.
