Thank you to you and your team for taking care of my 2017 Toyota Tundra. You see I just bought her in November and I was hit and run in the parking garage at the Navy hospital. All other collision services did an excellent estimate but with very little dialogue with me. Would have preferred that the daily texts (which I’m ok with) hadn’t been just copy and paste for each day and has included pictures or at least an update on what’s been done or being waited on so I’d have an idea of what my cars ACTUAL status is. Not just that. “It’s on schedule to be done by **** date” every day.
