Staff is very friendly. Schedules were made and adhered to to the minute. Work was performed well and in very timely fashion. We are very satisfied with all that the shop has done. We certainly hope not to have another fender bender but should it happen, Vans will definitely be our choice. Thank you very much.

I have never been more impressed than I am now having dealt with Van's auto body. They kept me informed all the way through via email just where they were in the repair process. They gave me a completion date right from the beginning and had the car done exactly on the projected date. They were responsive, respectful, cordial and informative.
