Bill, you fielded my phone call the morning of Saturday, July 8th (2017). We spoke several minutes, in particular, about the large deer that tried, unsuccessfully I might add, to "take me out" that early AM after ending my tour of duty at St. Jospeh Hospital. I was a little frazzled, the deer vanished, and our Chevy Equinox, well, well she incurred heavy front end damage. We finished our conversation with a few chuckles, and my spouse, Nila and I met up with you about 10:30am. Your warm and friendly demeanor, and subsequent "short stories" about other customers encountering the dreadful deer collision, too include the bear-story, left us reassured that everything would be okay, and the Equinox would be good-as-new. We shared a few more stories in that fifteen minutes, and added that we were leaving that Monday morning to visit several of our older children and several of our grand-children in South Carolina. Though colliding with a deer wasn't what we had planned on at the start of our vacation, it was convenient that the estimated repair-time was the length of our time on vacation. The Lord had that all timed perfectly.
Lisa, Amy and Jason, you fielded my phone calls while we were either traveling down an interstate, resting at a hotel, or during our Low Country-stay in Beaufort, South Carolina. Your conversation was professional, informative, and courteous.
