Exceeded my expectations. My car was repaired by professionals and I was treated with respect and genuine concern as if my input really did matter. Today it's all about speed and greed and you pay full price but get less , so I came in ready to be disappointed instead a got more than I was expecting. What a pleasant surprise! I don't think the work was not done to my expectations/professionally and when I pointed them out chris told it's no big deal it's a work truck I bought the truck for 30 k from bowser and did not choose to be rear ended I think the rear of the truck should be restored to original condition if it is a work truck or luxury should not matter just my opinion

The alignment of the fender is off. I spoke with them yesterday and the technician was gone for the that the day. They told me to come back if it continues to bother me. When I got home I discovered other areas of misalignment and I will be returning. It doesn't appear tech even looked at the alignment. I would think a body man would have more pride instead of just banging the job out.
