The evaluation of what needed to be done was discussed with me, the representative Gabriel kept me informed on updates and delays by phone. He was polite and courteous. Nissan contacted the rental company who was there to pick me up. I was able to leave the rental car with Nissan **** to pick up. The collision service a around was great and the people caring. Mr. Steven **** is always very polite and helpful. He always keeps me informed on the status of my car. He is very professional at all times and has a great attitude. I also want to thank the workers who worked on my car as quick as they did to get me back into my car. My family owns two Nissans and we are proud to own them. Is was a very quick turnaround. There was a small issue when I first picked up my car, I noticed a loud rubbing sound. So I took it back and they were able to fix it the very next day.
