Status updates received showing that I owed $32 which was the remains balance that was owed after the insurance paid. When I arrived at Nissan to pick up my vehicle I was told that I owed $500. I believe I was scammed out of more than was owed and would appreciate a call ASAP.

Gabriel did a great job of keeping me informed about the repair of my vehicle. He walked me through the process so I would understand what was being done. Then to top it off, they found a $50 dollar bill under the seat while vacuuming the car. Gabriel brought in and gave it to us. That kind of honesty goes a long way. Thanks to your team!

Picked up my vehicle and specifically asked if the sensors were working since it was front bumper damage. Was assured they were and were run through inspection. Get home and sensors are not working. plastic on underside is also rubbing tire when turning.
