Very pleased with Kenny Paulson and his professionalism
It took a week and tw0 days to have the work completed. I aprecheat that it was during 4th of July but I was left without a vehicle for the entire Holliday. The new bumper was covered with dirt and not detailed, I was told the truck would be done and ready for pickup Monday the 3rd late morning. I was in town and stoped by to check at 11:00am, the truck was not ready I was told it would be 3 more hours to finish and detail. I received no phone call.
We were told the repair would take 3 days and it took 8, the drop off of the rental car is normally right at dealer, but we were told to drop it at Enterprise, got to Enterprise and they told us to leave it at dealer, some scratches that were supposed to be touched up were not.
I bought my car at Lasco and the service there is terrible. I had an accident and my insurance has me go to randy wise. Everyone was so nice, helpful and the job was done before the estimated time. I will now bring my car to randy wise for all it's service needs
Our service rep Christa was very friendly, professional and helpful. The repair was completed quickly and done well. Christa and the team brought my car back to me which was extremely helpful as I live a ways a way! I have and will continue to recommend Randy Wise sales and service to my friends and family!
There was an issue with the collision repair when I first picked up my car. I talked to the collision manager and she ensured that they would get it corrected. I dropped my car back off, and they repaired everything. As a courtesy for the hassle of bringing my car back again, they washed the exterior and cleaned the inside of my vehicle. Thank you Randy Wise staff for going the extra mile and ensuring that the repairs were made to my satisfaction. Hopefully I will never need the services again of the collision shop, but if the need arises I will definitely use Randy Wise to repair my car!
We had asked for the recall items on the car to get fixed while it was at the dealership, and was told that would not be an issue. We also asked for an estimate on the exhaust system, and was told that would also be completed. The recalled parts were not replaced and the we did not get a quote for the exhaust work. The body shop service writer said he was sorry that it appeared the service department forgot to complete the recall repairs and the exhaust quote. It would have been easier to get all of this done while you had my car for 10 days and I had a rental car from my insurance company. In regards to the collision repair the car looks fantastic, and you body shop did an amazing job!

The stone cup didn't get fixed but everything else was very good as far as I can tell at this point
