Upon returning to the shop to get my license plate bracket installed, which was not installed when I picked up and paid for the vehicle, I went home and I examined the work more closely. I noted that the new part installed in the wheel well was not attached to the front parts of the car. There were 3 screws missing which I went out purchasesed myself and installed, I will finish inspecting the work later. My wife and I were going to take the car on a trip but I am concerned that the newly replaced parts might fall off as I said necessary screws were missing and 4000 dollars worth of damage I thought your team would put it back together correctly,

Everyone did an amazing job on my car. I would really like to thank Steve for all the added time he put into my car. This all happened about a 2 weeks before I had to PCS (move) to CA, I let Steve know what was going on and he told me he would do everything he could to get it done before I had to go. Him and his staff were able to pull it off and the car looks and runs great. Thank you all so much for the hard work that went into my car

There is a gap on the left side of my trunk that I can fit my figure in, this will surely lead to leakage. There are several areas where the new parts do not line up with the rest of the body of the car. There is badging missing. You can clearly tell that the bumpers are new as they are very shiny and do not match the rest of the car. And lastly, your tech put the back license plate on the front of my car. These are all things that I find unexceptable and I will be bring my car back in to have these items fixed.
