Unfortunately, this was my second time being hit from behind. Having dealt with a “collision repair center” I was skeptical about the quality of work from a dealer. To my pleasant surprise, Mike Maronne, did a far superior job than the collision center. The service was quick and I was kept informed of the progress throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this dealership for all of your repair/collision needs.

a few suggestions that could have made my personal experience better: ****. Updates on the status so I wouldn’t have to call to find out the car is done. 2. A walk after the car was completed to state what you fixed and to check for damage that was not there during drop off. I had a dent and paint chip on my hood that was not there when I dropped off the car. Could have been due to the hail from that day while it was at your shop but still would have been nice to be able to tell someone about it before I left the shop. 3. Same customer service through out each situation. The receptionist was more then happy to help the two gentleman who were also picking up a vehicle, they were greeted promptly and walked thru the details of their fix including the packet the receptionist gave them. When it got to me I was handed a packet with nothing but the words here. Then the keys were handed to me... I had to ask am I done her response was ya. So walked out no one going over what was completed no information, nothing. The gentleman who the girls flirted with got all the details of everything... makes me wish I would have just sent my husband in instead so we could have decent service. The estimate and the appt to drop off the vehicle were great. The only reason I am “satisfied” or answered yes to this was due to Phil’s help. During drop off and the estimate he went over everything and helped explain everything. He was awesome just wish he had Been there the day I picked my vehicle up (if I’m not mistaken he had a family emergency which is unfortunate and I hope all is well). Thanks for listening to me rant. I won’t personally recommend anyone to the collision center Unless they can speak to Phil. Otherwise I’ll let them know to send their husbands in because they will get better service since the girls will flirt with them.

You guys did a wonderful job

Phil did outstanding job communicating and keeping me informed on every step of the process. While I only had the car for a day so far the quality of the work seems outstanding.

The tech. and everyone there are great people, my car was completed ahead of schudle. Great team will spread the word as to where to take broken vehicles to be fixed.

I was told my repair would be two days. When it was discovered that it would be longer, someone should have told me so rather than me having to call and find out. A minor issue, but one that was still important because of my apprehension regarding the rental, plus I had to get work badges out of my car and into the rental I was driving. I’m glad that the damaged bumper was discovered and replaced rather than the initial diagnosis of just a skinned bumper.

Phill was wonderful from start to finish! It was a bit of a process between the insurance company and everybody else, but he was patient and kept me updated and even stayed open a little late so I could come pick up my car before they left! My car was cleaned and shiny and like new when I got it back and I can’t thank Phill and his team enough for how smooth they made the whole experience! Thank you!!!

WOW, just wow!!! I can’t thank the Mike Maroone Collision Centers staff enough!!!! As a military spouse from the south, the staff at the collision center made me feel right at home. While my husband is a way preparing for his upcoming deployment, the staff stepped in and helped. Phill and Mindy’s customer service skills and the willing to help went above and beyond their rolls. Phill was very respectful, patient, and politely. He took the time to help remove and reload my very stubborn car seats from my vehicle and replace them in the rental. AND all with a smile. Mindy’s upbeat, politely, and tender personality made me feel has if I was welcomed and part of the Mike Maroone’s family. She helped tend to my family while I tried to help remove those stubbron seats. She went above and beyond and me feel right at home. The car was ready in a little over 24 hours and was like a brand new vechical when picking it up. When the time comes for a new vechical, we will make sure it’s with Mike Maroone. I can’t thank y’all again for exceptional services.

The service was just long. It took over a week to complete. Additionally, the centre was very booked up and I was not aware that I would have to wait to get an appointment.

My experience with Mike Maroone was exceptional thanks to John Woody. Mr.John made a very stressful situation very easy. His easy going personality, knowledge and professionalism were apparent from day one. He kept me informed along every aspect of my car getting fixed, made insurance calls and even dealt with my car rental. I felt like i had a friend by my side talking Care of everything I did not know anything about, ie John called me to tell me my car will be delayed a few days due to John not liking the Final paint job on my front bumper, he said he wanted me to have the best work that they do and wanted me completely satisfied with my car when I got it; I told John that he was a blessing to me because in such a stressful and hard situation he made sure I was taking care of and was with me along the way to guide me. The work done on my car make it looks like brand new, they are rate number one. I was even amazed how fast they work on mt car and get it back to me... The best i say. And friendly people working there.
