From the second I arrived and dropped off my vehicle today I picked it up I was treated with complete respect and dignity. Everyone I spoke to especially Michelle was very polite and professional. Prior to my visit there and recommendation from my insurance company I had not known that Vince's existed. Now that I do when and if I am ever in need of Autobody work or know someone who is I will send them directly to Vince's. The vehicle looks great thank you for the great work and for the Pleasant team do you guys have there.

After getting home and looking at it better I found several spots of dust in either the paint or clear coat. The paint finish had an orange peel look to it as well. I also noticed that the replacement sensor in the bumper looks like it was used before as it has a blemish on the face of it.
